Five Interview Questions

My questions for my subject, Grace Shaw, were:

Many people might see you as a pretty eccentric personality. What would be your response or reaction to this claim? Do you agree?

What kind of adversities have you faced as you have pursued and achieved everything that you have thus far? What was the most difficult part of getting to where you are today?

What inspired you to attend Ohio State at the age you did? What were some advantages AND disadvantages to attending school at this age? Do you think it made it easier or harder on you?

Did you have any significant or memorable help from friends, family, or acquaintances?

Is there anything that you would like to do or accomplish before you die that you have not yet had a chance to do? Why haven't you been able to do it yet?

Two more general questions that could be asked of someone are:

Do you consider yourself and your life successful? Why or why not? How do you determine success?

What is the most difficult thing you have had to do or the most difficult situation you have experienced? Why was it so difficult?
